In order to promote the application of HER theories and tools, effective identification of risks and operation without question and to reduce human error events finally, HER work group of TSNP held 2019 HER Skills Competition for operations personnel and partners. On Oct.17, the written examination for partners was organized, and 223 employees from partner companies took the exam. A formal battle between operations personnel and partners started then.
