On May 25th, TNPJVC launched a company-culture activity with the theme of giving a thumb-up to whom “do things right in one go” around us. It is to encourage the shift supervisors, sector chiefs to actively find good practices of “doing things right in one go” around us, and praise them with the handwriting “Thumb-up Cards” on the display board of each department. Up to now, there are more than 50 good practices of “doing things right in one go” wining the praise given by “Thumb-up Cards”.

Besides the activity of “Thumb-up Cards” initiated this week, TNPJVC also started a series of promotion activities to promote the core value of “doing things right in one go”.
