On November 29th, China Association for Science and Technology released the “List of the First Batch of Additional National Bases for Science Popularization for the Year 2021-2025”, where TSNP is included.

For a long time, through the "Good Neighbor" project with the aim to "be a safe, warm, and friendly neighbor", TSNP has been innovating the science popularization of nuclear power, strengthening the connection with local communities, and enhancing their understanding and recognition of clean energy, mainly nuclear power.

In recent years, TSNP has been acknowledged as Base for Energy Science Popularization (2017-2021), Base for Electric Power Science Popularization (2019-2023), Base of Guangdong Province for Science Popularization (2021-2025), and Base of Jiangmen City for Science Popularization (2021-2025).
