On July 3rd, TSNP held an exchange meeting with interns from IFCEN. Yuan Cenxi, Vice Dean of the college, associate professors Kang Mingliang and Yu guopeng, and 39 interns attended the meeting. Mourogov Alexandre, Deputy Chief Engineer from EDF of TSNP, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Qiu Xuebin, the manager of the Training Department, introduced the overall situation of TSNP, and showed the development history of the plant to the teachers and students by watching the documentary of the First EPR Reactor Project. Mourogov Alexandre narrated his own learning and growth experience, and taught interns the importance of finding and thinking in the internship, and striving to "ask once a day". He indicated that TSNP, as a Sino-French joint venture that collaboratively builds two EPR third-generation nuclear power plants, is an excellent internship site that can provide a broader perspective for everyone.

Later, the interns conducted bilingual communication with relevant participants on internship related matters, and had a clear understanding of nuclear power related technical issues and internship arrangements.

This internship is the first phase for students from IFCEN, which will last for one month. After one week's entrance safety training, the interns will be divided into three groups to enter the professional departments for learning, and alternately study in the Mechanical Department, the Electrical Department and I&C Department.

Training engineers and master representatives from Mechanical Department, I&C Department, Electrical Department, of TSNP also attended the meeting.
